Prospective interdisciplinary EMCRs & streamleaders are invited to learn about the SSN & grant process, share ideas and meet collaborators.
The Deakin Science and Society Network (SSN) is delighted to open the call for 2026 Interdiscipliary grants, and Expressions of Interest for new SSN streamleaders. Please join our information session to learn more about the SSN and the grant application process, and to sound our your project ideas and meet collaborators.
Prospective SSN grantholders are invited to join this information session to 1.) assess the suitability of this grant for you, 2.) learn more about the programme and application process and 3.) network with colleagues across disciplines to help compose a strong interdisciplinary team.
Potential streamleaders are invited to meet us and learn about the SSN. You may apply for both a grant and streamleader position.
Attendees will have the opportunity to briefly (1 minute) explain their project, and seek collaborators and connections.
The application guidelines and information about previous grantholders are online here. Please note that this session will be recorded, and be presented in a hybrid format. However, we encourage in-person particpation.
