Falling Walls Melbourne finalist Dr Elena Schneider-Futschik has won a ticket to represent Australia at the Falling Walls Lab finals in Berlin, with her thesis on optimising treatments for Cystic Fibrosis.

Back in August the Science and Society Network hosted the inaugural Falling Walls Lab Melbourne, where she and 3 other Melbourne researchers (Dr Isabella Bower of Deakin, Arka Ghosh of Deakin and Brian Haskins of Monash) were selected to represent Melbourne at the Falling Walls Lab national finals in Canberra. A huge congratulations to Elena and we wish her the best in Berlin!
